Obama - Army, Airforce, Navy, Marine and T-Shirt Brigade

p>This Rant is combined with an associated prediction. Truthfully, I know when something is dire and important when it feels sobering. This is one of those. The Prediction outlines the the future hazard, it has been prophesied.
The Youth Sector Helped ObamaThe background: Obama July 2, 2008. "We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."
In an 2006 interview Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s future Chief of Staff, provided insight into Obama’s plans for mandatory induction for all young adults into a civilian force. "If you're worried about, are you going to have to do 50 jumping jacks, the answer is yes," Emanuel told a reporter. He also said they would wear uniforms.
Emanuel said the youth service "will give people a sense of what it means to be an American."
Prior to being deleted the Obama campaign web site, (www.change.gov) provided some fascinating details about this concept. The "America Serves" tab included information stating, "President-Elect Obama will expand national service programs like AmeriCorps and Peace Corps and will create a new Classroom Corps to help teachers in under served schools, as well as a new Health Corps, Clean Energy Corps, and Veterans Corps.”
The Rant
You, I, yes everyone except “progressives” and “liberals” find these statements perplexing. Why all of a sudden do we need "civilian national security force"? When did we set new national security objectives? There does not seem to be a clamoring from the balcony, a request from our cities, our states and our institutions for this force. Why would something like this have to cost and be a "as powerful" as the military. That annual budget is $623 billion. This makes no sense.
Yes on the surface, the "service to your country part", could almost sound like a good thing. Obama's take on the Peace Corps. The Peace Corps' budget for the 2008 $330.8 million and has 7,000 volunteers and trainees.
But you know there is a problem here, you know something is not right. It does not pass the rational test, it does not pass the smell test. Why in the world do we always have to debate the obvious. I feel like we are fighting chickens, you cut off the head and they keep on running around the barnyard, someone gave them a T-Shirt. Yes Emanuel stated "It will give people a sense of what it means to be an American."
This is frightening, forbidding. It starts smelling like a fascist youth corps and could parallel the last presidential campaign, how the electorate were influenced, were trained, treated and created would only be a precursor to a new "Civilian Force". You decide.
The Raving – This is so serious we have sent it to the Prediction department, see Prediction #4. They have it all sorted out.
We all need to determine our next steps.
Note: Predictions, Rants and Ravings are somewhat cummulative, but so is history. We need your help in Taking Back America.
