THE MEDIA SCREWING UP OBAMA'S PLANS
You know that Obama has a lot on the table this Summer he has a lot to get done; TEEING UP ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION REFORM, CAP AND TRADE, 10% UNEMPLOYMENT, THE GM TAKEOVER, CASH FOR CLUNKERS, Trial baloons for Stimulous II AND NATIONAL HEALTH-CARE......All backed by 44 Czars and a pear tree. He needs support, he needs a smokescreeen.
Yes Sotomayer would be a great smokescreen. Sotomayor entered stage left, a comedic foil. A god-send to Obama just when he needs a distraction.
The loyal national media threw in all their support, for her and all those great projects.
Now you and I know how important it is for Obama to cram this legislation through AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It needs to be done in the dead of night, sneek in 300 extra unread pages. Some people think the Watergate break-in was illegal. Those plumbers were rank amateurs.
Every Con knows that if he waits too long the risk of getting caught increases. Obama knows that his plans "theoretically" need to be duly considered by the various legislative houses,committees and press. Not to mention real impute from the electorate.
This is a process that usually takes time. Something that inconsiderate, narcissistic Chicago thugs and con-men deplore.
An then OBAMA RAN INTO A WALL OF FREEDOM. His most loyal supporters screwed up, yes the national press and media that so throughly love him.
Somewhere a few of those pesky "electorate" showed up at one of those local Town Meetings. They actually tried to "input", OK they were vocal, they made a point, they had ideas, they wanted to be heard not just lectured to. They actually tried to ask questions.
Then several things happened:
- First Mistake: Someone smelled a real story, and decided to write it including a negative slant toward those "Tea-party people, protesters etc."
- Second Mistake: Someone actually ran the story about those inflamatory planted people.
- Third Mistake: Someone decided to dub these people a mob.
- Forth Mistake: Democratic Senators and Congressmen piped in adding fuel to the fire.
- Fifth Mistake: And the Whitehouse (Obama) website decided to effectively put out a bounty for turning in your fellow Americans.
- Sixth Mistake: Maddow reported on it ---- oh she is just a mistake.

Your arrogence has just sparked the match to unite a cause.
The Citizens of the United States know that we are Conservatives, we are Republicans --- everyone knows we are not capable of putting together a nationwide effort overnight. Unions are good at that, they have a lot of people that wear uniforms. We are for individual freedom not collective thought.
IN Conclusion :
- Sotomayer was confirmed.
- Obama made a short statement and took no questions.
- Most important - the eye of the storm is still centered on that pesky electorate.
