Stop Obamacare - Notify Local Governments to Cease and Desist

Help Me Stop the Illegal Implementation of Obamacare on the Local Level Today!

The goal of the Obama administration is to try to implement the health-care as soon as possible by defying the courts ruling that the bill is unconstitutional. They are playing a time game, trying to move the process through as soon as possible. WE NEED TO SHORTCUT THIS PLAN ---- WE CAN DO IT ON A LOCAL LEVEL.

The Obama administration appears will drag its heels as long as possible to move this forward the implementation. Every day its actions are outside the law, every day it costs millions of dollars. It behoves the Obama administration to put this off as long as possible.

With every day this illegal action the illegality becomes larger and more powerful. 

With every day Obama extends the time when this comes before  the United States Supreme Court.

ON A LOCAL LEVEL we can slow down this action and bring it to a national forefront. There are thousands of local governments looking for an excuse to assit you. They need a reason, you need to ask.

Similariily Judge Roger Vinson cannot tell the Governemt they are in contempt until someone complains to him.

You can to this on a local level...

Until your local government ceases and desists it is in essence conspiring in a action that is categorically illegal, unconstitutional, outside the law and is fraud and theft against the citizens of the United States. You don't want that to happen. Help them.

All elected officials, in one way or the other, have sworn to defend the constitution and obviously cannot break laws.

Conservatives, Tea Party Members, Patriots..... I have a request....put your local government on notice. Have your local government stop Obamacare on the local level. Make a formal request to your local government.

Please consider the following actions (I have included my suggestions):

1 - Take the following letter and amend to comply with your local government (City, Village, County, Township, Principality) etc. THIS LINK TAKES YOU TO A WORD DOC - feel free to make it your own.

2 - Go to your local government meeting. During the "open session" get in line.

3- Make a short (like one minute presentation) - submit your letter (do not read it, or at least all of it) and have it put in the public record.

4 - Have several copies for the media and mail or e-mail it to the media.

5 - Know your topic, respond to questions.... make your own bullet points - you are smart enough.

I am here today to inform you of recent legal proceedings that could put (COUNTY, CITY ETC fill in ) (Government ) and its employees at risk. As dually elected officials you are required to follow the laws of this land.

On January 31, 2011 Senior United States District Judge, Roger Vinson set forth an order that declared the “The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” unconstitutional.  As such any attempted implementation is against the law as there is not law authorizing such implementation.

As such I bring your attention to US Code 18-641


    “§ 641. Public money, property or records

Whoever embezzles, steals, purloins, or knowingly converts to his use or the use  of another, or without authority, sells, conveys or disposes of any record, voucher, money, or thing of value of the United States or of any department or agency thereof, or any property made or being made under contract for the     United States or any department or agency thereof; or

Whoever receives, conceals, or retains the same with intent to convert it to his use or gain, knowing it to have been embezzled, stolen, purloined or converted— Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; but if the value of such property in the aggregate, combining amounts from all the counts for which the defendant is convicted in a single case, does not exceed the sum of $1,000, he shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

The word “value” means face, par, or market value, or cost price, either wholesale or retail, whichever is greater.”

As the “The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act”  is unconstitutional it no longer exists. Attempts to implement any terms of the aforementioned bill is illegal. There is NO authority to implement this bill.

While Ignorance of the law is not a defense, I am concerned that if this Government entity takes any action to implement this could cause its elected officials, employees, sub-contractors or other agents at great risk.

Therefore I request that this Government do what ever is necessary to assure that this body does not involve itself in an unlawful act and protect itself and its employees from committing fraud upon its constituents.

Therefore, i request that this body take whatever actions necessary to refuse, void or cancel any and all contracts, permits, laws, zoning changes, leases, subleases and any and all actions for which this Government has authority which may be used whole or in part to implement “The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act”.  

That the Government not accept any request for any action that would whole or in part assist in the implementation of the such bill. That the Government cease and desist from all actions, communications, telephone calls, e-mails, any and all activity of any government official, employee or subcontractor acting under the authority of this government as such actions would be causing fraud upon the citizens.

I am confident your attorney has access to this ruling. Please have them review p. 75/78 regarding Injunction.

HOW TO DRIVE YOUR NEIGHBOR TO THE POLLS

I am practially nieve. i just don't get it. The dynamics become illusive.

I was making calls at a McCain Victory office trying to "get out the vote". Which at this office ment "any vote" regardless of the voters presidential preferance. I got the impression we preferred to be polite rather than become forceful.

Someone says..."Hey, It may be a good idea to drive voters to the polls, anyone available Tuesday? Who could we take?" There was no battle plan, there were no generals, captains or troops.

THESE ARE THE VOTES THAT WIN - LISTEN CLOSELY

Clarencehas been driving voters from the Baptist Church to an early-voting center several times a week. The Obama campaign was excellent at "getting out the vote". The important item is to get out their vote, they (and I) could care less about the opposing vote. You know the old addage democrates vote on Wednesday.

Let me explain how and why this works and how to implement this strategy.

YOU DRIVE THE SENIORS. This inequivably works. But Not For Republicans.

So as noted above your at the local GOP office, someone says drive the seniors. You go home cross the street and ask lifelong republican Mrs. Jones (82) if she needs a ride, "Thank you but I already have a ride".

On election day you see Mrs. Jones get in a van with 5 other seniors, the bumper sticker says "Obama-Change". You just lost a vote.

It only takes a few kind words from the "limo" driver, "I and my whole family are so excited about Obama, this country need change, I hope you agree." Blue hair is bobbing up and down.

THE KEY TO WINNING THESE VOTES IS THE FOLLOWING:

This has to ber well thought out before, part of your total battleplan.

• COMMITTMENT - You have to get there first. You are only asking to help. Ask for the order. Most people and specifically seniors honor their committment. If the opposition has already made an appointment to drive this person your chances drop dramatically.
  • Telephone and door-to-door- Months prior each call should inclue a 'need ride" question.
• CONFIRMATION - Have a business type card, like a docter appointment card. This is left with the voter, you filling in the day date and time. It includes your contact info.
• Get there contact info. Try to have them write it down on your form, that adds to the committment. Make sure you verify the info.
• COMMUNICATION - Call the voter at least a week before election day to remind/verify. If they try to get out don't make it easy for them. "But Mrs. Jones I scheduled my whole day around you."
• AFFIRMATION - On the way to the polls say "Were really excided about........, I think he/she will be good for us." - NOTE: No one is going to take you to task, (a) You are doing them a favor (b) The law of group dynamics, they do not want to offend any of the others.
• THANK YOU - Always say thanks for them letting you have the opportunity of serving them.

This should be part of a precinct dynamic. We need to organize. We need the votes.

These can be swing votes. You spend 20 hours on the phone, probably with limited success regarding policy. Here you moved a bunch of votes. This is an excellent use of your time.
